Definition
‘Seller’ – Blue Lilly Pilly Gifts and Cards
‘Buyer’ - the person named on the order form or purchase order
‘Goods’ - all the items to be supplied and all work to be done by the seller as specified in the order form or purchase order
‘The contract’ is the arrangement between the buyer and seller
Service
Stock products will be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days.
Personalised products will be within 7 - 10 working days.
All products leave Blue Lilly Pilly Gifts and Cards in perfect condition however, if any goods received are damaged please return the product, unopened within 7 - 14 working days of receipt.
If goods are not rejected within 7 -14 days then they are deemed as accepted.
If you are not entirely satisfied with any products received we offer a full money back guarantee, the product should be returned unopened and suitably packaged within 7 working days.
We regret we are unable to offer refunds on cards that have been personalised or custom made to buyers specifications, unless an error has been made by Blue Lilly Pilly Gifts and Cards.
Once an order has been placed we cannot accept any alterations or additions to it once the manufacturing process has been started.
Payment Terms
Any refunds will be returned in the same manner.
Please do not send cash through the post.
There is no minimum order amount.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards through Paypal and by cheque. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Paypal accept most major credit/debit cards, just follow the clear instructions.
If you wish to pay by cheque please make them payable to Blue Lilly Pilly Gifts and Cards and write your name and address on the reverse. If paying by cheque we need to allow it to clear for at least 5 working days at the bank before sending the goods out to you.
At the moment, Blue Lilly Pilly Gifts and Cards is not VAT registered. This means we cannot issue you with VAT invoices. NO additional taxes are applied to the prices quoted on this website.
Material Variations
Many of our cards are made as one-offs, so you will in most cases have a totally unique card that you will not be able to purchase in commercial card shops.
If there is a specific card design that you would like more than one of, please contact us and we will be able to advise you whether this can be achieved or not.
All cards sold on this website are completely hand made. Because of this some duplicate designs may differ slightly. Card, envelope and embellishment may alter if stock items become unavailable.
Safety
Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 36 months due to small parts which may become loose and cause a choking hazard.
General
Please be assured that any personal information taken at the time of ordering will be kept confidential. We will use the information to process and dispatch your order and in no other way. We do not have any access to your credit/debit card numbers.
When you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and another when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
We will dispatch your goods as soon as possible after your payment has been received and cleared. In most cases this should be within seven working days of receipt of your order, but is often much sooner.
All orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday by Royal Mail second class. If you require a special delivery arrangement please contact us for advice.
Every effort is made to ensure that the card arrives with you in good condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged in the postal system.
Terms relating to wedding stationery
A deposit of 50% is required when placing your order (non-refundable)
Wording needs to be sent (where appropriate) typed or written clearly and sent no later than 4 weeks before your expected delivery date.
Upon receipt of your order form and deposit, proofs will be sent for you to check and
Sign off using the checklist and returned to us with the outstanding balance.
Final proof reading is your responsibility. Any changes made after this may incur extra cost.
All orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Once dispatched, Blue Lilly Pilly
Orders are completed within 4-6 weeks once final proofs have been received
Cancellation within 4-6 weeks once final proofs have been received will result in the forfeit of the deposit and any monies paid.
